Are you curious about what hypnosis feels like?
Being in hypnosis will be a familiar experience, because you already use hypnosis in your daily life. Hypnosis is a natural phenomena of your mind.
Perfect example of hypnosis is when you’re driving a car. You arrive at your familiar destination and you don’t recall most of the trip.
Its like an auto-pilot takes over, while your steering becomes automatic. Like there’s an inbuilt GPS in your brain directing the way. Automatically guiding you to turn corners at the right time.
All this happens while you’re talking, listening to the radio or absorbed in your thoughts.

Keeping up with relevant up-to-date studies in the hypnosis field is very important to me. I’ve enjoyed being active within the professional hypnotherapist community.

Unfortunately, as you might remember when I came to see you, I had suffered with a terrible Driving Phobia for many years. I was so afraid of driving I would shake all over, at the very thought of getting behind the wheel. Even though the fear was truly debilitating, I did actually manage to recover from it with a few sessions of Hypnosis. I just wanted to let you know I had a fantastic first driving lesson!
