Hypnotherapy Cancellation Policy
Sydney Wellbeing Centre has a cancellation policy in place.
I value time – mine and yours.
If you need to cancel or reschedule give me a curtesy call 0414 585 595; send me a text or email. Advise of any changes ahead of time, with at least 24 hours notice.
Provide Minimum 24 hours Notice
Fees apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellation fees:
Less than 24 hours notice – fee of $70 applies
No Show – less than 6 hour or nil prior notice – full session fee applies

- Hypnotherapy clients cancelling at least 24 hours before a session because they have achieved desired results will be congratulated
- Stop smoking clients cancelling at least 24 hours before a session because they have stopped smoking will be cheered
- Stop gambling clients cancelling at least 24 hours before a session because they have stopped smoking will be applauded
- Hypnofertility clients cancelling at least 24 hours before a session because they have fallen pregnant will be celebrated
- Hypnobirthing clients having given birth early will be happily congratulated
Appointments are provided by Katherine Ferris, Clinical Hypnotherapist Registered with AHA Hypnotherapy.
Katherine has maintained a private practice since 1998 as an experienced, certified clinical hypnotherapist at Sydney Wellbeing Centre.
Hypnotherapy sessions are held in person, face-to-face and can be via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom, which can be a great alternative. Especially if you suffer with severe symptoms of IBS and you are too unwell and unable to travel. Similarly these online sessions will be of great benefit if you live too far away from Sydney.
